It seems I always chose the hottest day to have a yard sale. This year’s sale was no exception–it was 100 degrees. After a two-day yard sale, things cluttering our garage have found new homes to clutter.

The saddest departure was a Little Tikes Cozy Coupe. After four kids and fourteen years it is making a two-year old happy at his grandmother’s house. I wish I would have taken more pictures of the kids with their  beloved toy that was with us for so long.

This picture shows it in shiny new condition with my oldest in the drivers seat. Our Cozy Coupe is now a faded red, but still has many miles left in it.

If you are looking for a good toy investment a Cozy Coupe is a winner. In fact, Little Tikes toys are all stellar in my book. If a riding toy can make it through three boys and a girl and still work it’s a keeper!

Nowadays, Little Tikes’ Cozy Coupe has a fun set of eyes on the car and comes in a variety of styles: traditional red, Princess, a police car, and even a truck.
